Push open the door of our authentic micro-brewery, nestled in the heart of the Saint-Germain district, and discover our menu of beers brewed directly on site, hot drinks, original cocktails based on beer, snacks and desserts. Our team welcomes you from Monday to Sunday, in an atmosphere typical of Parisian bistros, to allow you to discover the diversity of our menu.
Our range of beers
Choose between La Blonde with its golden robe and sweet taste, La Blanche, infused with elderflowers, the soft and tender Ambrée, or La Brune with its dark robe and round taste. Each of our craft beers is available in different quantities, so you can embark on a tasting of our different flavors, or share a 1.5 Liter pitcher with friends. Happy Hours, from 5pm to 8pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays)!
Taste our Flammekueches
Ideal for an aperitif or a full dinner, our home made Flam’marries divinely with our craft beers. Savory varieties of these delicious flambé pies, from the most classic with onions and bacon, to the most original in the form of a turnover, or even au gratin.
For a complete and gourmet meal, also discover our sweet flamekueches for dessert, decorated with fruit, and topped with warm chocolate.
Our menu of dishes
In addition to being beer specialists, we also offer a menu of varied dishes and desserts for all gourmets. From 12:00 pm to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday, our lunch options allow you to choose between a daily special or a full menu, starter + main course or main course + dessert. Consult our menu and choose from our salads, terrines, burgers or even welch, chili con carne ... At the end of the meal, choose one of our delicious desserts, such as a sweet flamekueche, a caramel cream or homemade profiteroles.
